Do you feel there is more to life than work?

If so, then you and I have something in common my friend! My name is Ray and I am a late twenty-something year old living in the NYC metro area. After graduating college I could not wait to start working, making money and experiencing the “real world”. But boy did I quickly realize the “real world” really sucked! One existential crisis after the other I thought “there has to be more to life than waking up, going to work, running errands and doing it all over again for 40 years”, and while many people will tell you “your generation is privileged” or “back in my day” I am here to tell you yes… there is a lot more to life!

After coming to this realization, my fiance and I came up with a well thought out and highly complex plan…lets save as much money as possible so we can retire as early as possible and travel as much as possible. So that’s what this blog is about, traveling the world, sharing my personal travel stories and recommendations, along with some financial tips to help afford it because traveling is cool and all until it’s time to pay for it!
